Twenty years on the trains, in addition to studio works in oil and charcoal, John Perry has captured over a thousand New Yorkers, sleeping, or absorbed in their own worlds as they ride beneath the streets.
Miraculously surviving years in the New York that earns, lives, and dies at night, Perry has arrived at a combination of technical mastery and raw feeling that reveals itself only once in very few generations. It is only a small matter of time before his talent overwhelms his aversion for attention and reluctance for self-promotion.
COPE 2 is a Graffiti legend from the Bronx whose reputation for bombing has earned him the title “God of Destruction”. He was recently tapped to customize a vinyl toy for the Bic Buddy Artist Series 1, and was hired by TIME magazine to create a unique billboard for them (see below). CHOR BOOGIE hails from San Diego, CA and his work is purely legal, spiritual and therapeutic. A deep spiritual healing and recovery from addiction nearly a decade ago transformed his life and has had a major impact in his style of color therapy and techniques of creative innovation.

I am very proud of the street works accomplished in Berlin and I think its my largest word/play and perhaps my strongest imagery and stencil done on the Berlin wall. Enclosed are many images for consideration. Watch the video with your music turned up. I think you will enjoy the concept, and fact that 2009 marks the 20 year anniversary of the fall of the BERLIN WALL.
