Just a lil quality control. Can’t have my readers chumpin. We don’t do chummpin over here.
After having showcased the Moncler V Collection the other day, we take a look now at their ever expanding footwear collection. From low top to mid sneakers, to high rise boots, the Moncler Footwear collection for Fall/Winter 2010 offers a wide variety. There are some nice boot styles in the mix. We like their fur lined models the best for the coming cold season.

“Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop”
Music producer Pharrell Williams (my homie) continues to show his interest in design. In the past he co-founded two clothing brands (Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream Footwear), co-designed a collection of jewelry and glasses for Louis Vuitton, and worked on furniture with French manufacturer, Domeau & Pérès. Now Williams is collaborating with European brand Moncler to design “bulletproof” jackets with the use of his own company, Bionic Yarn, which sources its material from recycled plastic bottles. The collection will consist of “an all-black selection that will include extended length, ‘bulletproof’ puffer jackets.” Williams said in a release, “To me, Moncler has always been the premier luxury outerwear brand. Their clothes are the chicest and blend classic outerwear with high-end fabrics.” The collection will debut in the fall 2010 season.

Slow down with all that flash. Remember what happened to Frank Lucas with that Chinchilla. Low Key stunting.
Baracuta’s resurgence, the bomber jacket has slowly edged its way out of chavdom. Capitalising on that resurgence is Moncler, who’ve created this purdy looking quilted bomber jacket. This wool and cashmere blend (although 95% of that blend is wool) is great for those days when it’s just a bit too chilly for a Baracuta. It’s a Moncler piece, so it goes without saying that you’ll need those extra coins in your pocket to get hold of this. (Farfetch)

Gotta get my hands on that skully!
With a few different previews of the Moncler Gamme Bleu collection behind us, here’s a further look into the fashion-driven collection which combines many of Moncler’s well-known properties under a more stylish outlook. With Thom Browne at the design helm, the outerwear is perhaps the most innovative of the lot as it combines traditional menswear aesthetics with Moncler’s outerwear focus.
